House Washing
Vinyl, brick, stucco, fiber-cement — soft-washed with surfactants that lift mildew, pollen, and dirt without blasting your siding.
- Mildew & algae removal
- Hand-brushed gutter faces
- Window-spot rinse included
Professional soft washing and pressure washing for homeowners and businesses across the Triangle. Locally owned, fully insured, and finished to a standard you can see from the street.
We use the right approach for every surface — high-pressure where it works, soft wash where it counts. The result: a deeper clean without damaging your siding, roof, or landscaping.
Vinyl, brick, stucco, fiber-cement — soft-washed with surfactants that lift mildew, pollen, and dirt without blasting your siding.
Asphalt-shingle safe, low-pressure treatment that kills the gloeocapsa magma causing those black streaks — without voiding your warranty.
Surface-cleaner finish, hot-water capable. We pull oil drips, tire marks, red clay, and years of grime out of the pores of your concrete.
Inside debris removal plus the optional outside brightening that erases tiger-stripes — the streaks no rinse alone will fix.
The right pressure for wood — never blasting, never fuzzing the grain. Returns weathered cedar and pressure-treated pine to a refinish-ready state.
Storefronts, restaurants, HOA common areas, dumpster pads, fleet washing. Recurring contracts available with insurance docs on file.

"Zane and his crew did our entire house, driveway, and front walkway in one afternoon. House looks like it did the day we bought it. I keep stepping outside just to look."
"Got three quotes for our roof — Ector wasn't the cheapest, but they were the only ones who actually explained the soft-wash process and warranty implications. Worth every dollar."
"Showed up on time. Texted before, during, and after. Sent photos of the gutters before they put everything back. This is how every contractor should run a job."
"We use them quarterly for our restaurant patio and dumpster pad. Never a complaint from the inspector since. Caden runs the commercial side and he's responsive at 6am."
"They warned me my old fence might need stain after the wash and they were right. Honest about it up front. Most companies would just blast it and dip out."
"Reasonable price, perfect work, and they covered my hydrangeas with a tarp before they sprayed. Little things matter."
Ector Pressure Washing is locally owned and operated by Zane Ector and Caden Baker. Zane grew up watching his dad run Ector Paint Company in Burlington for over 30 years — so he learned early what a contractor that returns calls and finishes jobs cleanly looks like.
After graduating from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Finance, Zane started Ector Pressure Washing to bring that same standard of work to exterior cleaning across the Triangle. We're small on purpose: every job is run by an owner, every quote is honest, and every property gets a real walk-through when we're done.
If you're within ~45 minutes of Burlington, we've got you. Outside that radius? Still ask — we run routes through Raleigh and Greensboro most weeks.
